BREAKING DOWN THE BARRIERS TO RECOVERY
This free one-day event will be held at the Taos Pueblo Heritage Center in Taos, New Mexico June 9, 2023 from 930am-4pm. The event is open to the public. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
The People of Substance Summit is an opportunity to share stories and expertise from a wide variety of community members who are and impacted by substance use disorder in northern New Mexico.
The summit will feature experts in the field of housing, recovery, employment, treatment social services and peer support work. We will also hear stories of recovery from people with lived experience.
The New Mexico People of Substance Summit focuses on system-changes across the continuum of care. We offer support for families and a hopeful vision for the future.
